To our Family of Friends (PLEASE READ).
Thank you for all your emails that come in daily about our whereabouts, tour plans, and new music, etcetera. After many years of traveling and bringing our high energy show to everyone around the U.S., we have decided to put deSoL on hold and allow time for everyone to work on their own projects and do some self discovery. Although the time has come to do this, we feel deSoL, the music and brotherhood are bigger than each of its parts and will continue to live on. We hope the time will come again for more music, tours and happy times together. We will keep you all involved when something new is on the horizon. We are leaving our website, facebook, and myspace available. Our email addresses will also stay alive -- please feel free to write and connect with us.
Below is a current update of our personal whereabouts and projects. We hope everyone is having a great summer.....See you soon!
Albie Monterrosa:
Has created a new band called "Love at the Bodega." Look out for the band's first gig:
Sat. Sept 11th in Manchester N.H for WZID.
Andy Letke:
Is getting married to his long time love (and deSoL sister), Dori, in September! His deSoL bros will be standing along side of him as his groomsmen.
Andy started an Indie/Rock Project called "4" -- check it out:
Andy teaches private & public music lessons. He also enjoys tuning & rebuilding pianos. Check out: andyletke.com. The beard intends to set aside proper writing time; authoring tomes, short stories, movie scripts and the like.

Chris and his fiancee, Jessie, have created:

They are looking forward to a 2011 wedding!
Chris Stone:
Is starting up a new project that will add some Asian flavor to the American pop world. Stone is already joined by his lifelong friend and bassist, Paul Gaita, talented songwriter and guitarist, Jimmy Farkas (Emery), and the lovely newcomer Sally Allstadt as their energetic lead singer.
Chris is still a for hire musician who's available for studio work, videos, and tours. He will continue teaching private drum lessons and working closely with his clothing and equipment sponsors.
James Guerrero:
James is enjoying well-deserved time with his family, helping with Andy's upcoming bachelor party, and continuing to perform and write music.
Jimmy Farkas:
Has been head deep in the studio engineering, producing and recording for other artists. He recently laid guitar tracks down for Joss Stone's new Single Back in Style. He's also been working with guitar prodigy Jimmy LAWROSKI and with Joe Bonnamassa's rhythm section for a new project - TBA.
Jimmy is also involved with Albie's new project "Love at the Bodega."

expected to attend the 4th annual Families in Transition Cinco de Mayo

Transition. The continued success of the event is directly attributed

Earlier this year, deSoL stopped by the Mountain Music Lounge at 103.7 KMTT in Seattle and performed an acoustic set for listeners. deSoL was one of 16 bands chosen to be included on this year's Mountain Music Lounge CD. Proceeds from the CD will benefit the Wilderness Society.
The band was unanimously chosen by the staff at KMTT to perform at the CD release party on September 25. The show is a private party for KMTT listeners and you can only get tickets by listening to The Mountain.

never failed to include her in their pre-show prayer circle and always
sent her strong positive, loving vibes. We are so proud the we were her
first show back after a long and difficult recuperation. We love you
